What ages do you work with?

We provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults ages in our Brooklyn location or in the comfort of your home via telehealth. In person age acceptance is from 5-21 and telehealth age range is from 9-21.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans. Please reach out to confirm your specific coverage.

Where do sessions take place?

Therapy is offered via secure phone or video sessions — right from your home. We also provide in-person services at our Brooklyn, NY clinic.

What types of issues do you help with?

We offer flexible scheduling, including after-school and evening appointments, to work around your family’s routine.

Is telehealth really effective for kids and teens?

In many cases, telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy — especially when it’s consistent, structured, and tailored to the child. That said, every situation is unique. The best way to determine what’s right for your child is to speak with one of our experts.
