You've tried to help, but nothing seems to change.

Maybe it's anxiety, anger, OCD, or a deep sadness your child can't shake.

You tried therapy, but it felt confusing. You never really knew where your child stood - or if things were getting better.

On top of that, the logistics wore you down. Pulling your child from school, fighting traffic, racing the clock.
It doesn't have to be this way.

This is Mount.

About us

After years of working in schools and clinics, the founders of Mount kept encountering the same question: Where is this child up to in therapy? What can we expect? What's the goal?

Parents, principals, and teachers were eager to support the child, but the clarity they needed just wasn't there.

“An adult can wait,” our founder said. “But with a child, time matters — and so do the people around them.”

Mount Behavioral Health was created to fill that gap.

Our approach is built around two core principles:
Clear, goal-driven therapy so everyone involved knows where things stand and what’s ahead
Meaningful collaboration with parents, because involvement isn’t optional — it’s essential

Research backs this up. But more importantly, so does our experience. Since before 2020, we’ve been running behavioral programs in school resource rooms, helping students who need support beyond what the typical setting can offer.

Mount is a natural extension of that work: built to bring clarity, connection, and better outcomes to families.

As our founder put it:
“We saw the need. We made it our focus. And hopefully, we’ll bring change to the world for the better.”
